So I have been desperately looking for a tanner that ACTUALLY works!
Tried so many drug store brands only to be left with streaks, smelly skin and stained hands from the application!
This is the second summer I was seeing posts about the "AMAZING" "INCREDIBLE" "IT WORKS" tanner on social and decided it was time to try it.
It is from a Direct Sales company and even I was skeptical. You all know I'm a lover of all things Direct Sales!

The first thing I noticed is there was next to no smell! I know other brands would give me a headache with their scent.

I really liked the fact that I didn't need a lot and the tiny tip on the bottle made it really easy to control how much product was used!
The way the product glides on my skin is a HUGE selling point for me as well since its not sticky or tacky!
Because it's so easy to apply and is not extremely messy, I actually applied it in my white office! I had prepped my bathroom "in case" but soon saw this is more of a moisturizer than messy paint type tanner.
My question was how long before I see a difference and on my white skin it was showing in about 5 minutes!
The official answer from their website:
HOW QUICKLY WILL I NOTICE A DIFFERENCE IN MY SKIN’S COLOR? Because Insta Glow is a tinted gel, you may notice a difference within 15 minutes after applying the product. However, depending on your natural skin color and the amount of product you’ve applied, it will typically take between 30 minutes and one hour for you to notice a difference in your skin’s color. The maximum darkening with DHA (or dihydroxyacetone) will then take 8 to 24 hours.
After testing this product it is a DEFINITE must for those who can't tan but also those who want a safe tan alternative!
I also love the bottle! The rose gold is an eye-catcher and it compliments my personal style so perfectly (not that this is important but im a LOVER of all packaging and details)
Here are a few more questions I had that were answered in the companies FAQ:
ABOUT HOW MANY APPLICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN ONE TUBE? If applying to the face with an average amount, there are about 150 applications in one tube. If applying to the legs with an average amount, the tube allows approximately 17 individual applications.
DO I NEED TO WAIT TO SHOWER/BATHE FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF TIME AFTER APPLYING? The longer the DHA is in contact with the skin, the better the effect. The recommended time to wait is 4-8 hours. The ideal situation would be to apply Insta Glow immediately after a shower to give a longer timespan before showering/bathing. The maximum darkening will take 8 to 24 hours for full effect.
